king to me. Nearly 50% of the leads directly to agents were never answered. 46% of the IDX leads went unanswered. Almost 25% of the leads that were answered were answered on average, 8 hours later. totally unacceptable.
I think the lesson is that iif your website is asking people to inquire or sign up for something, and you are not in front of your computer all day, you need a mobile application or look into virtual assistants programs. What a waste.
